By booking a consultation, purchasing a programme, requesting a quote, or using any service provided through powerwithpoise.com, you agree to these Terms.
Services Provided
- Confidence and executive presence coaching
- Personal style consultancy
- Online and in-person programmes
- One-on-one coaching sessions
- Group masterclasses and workshops
- Shopping accompaniment and personal styling
- General consultancy related to feminine leadership and presence
Each programme, package, or custom scope will be defined on the website or in a written proposal or quote. Unless explicitly included in your plan, the service does not cover ongoing support beyond the defined programme period, travel costs, third-party subscription fees, or any items not listed in your agreed scope. These may be offered separately.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information needed to deliver your programme or consultation.
- Attend scheduled sessions at the agreed times. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled without adequate notice.
- Engage respectfully and constructively throughout the coaching process.
- You are responsible for the application of any advice or coaching provided; outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on your individual effort and circumstances.
Payment Terms
Fees are listed on the website or in a written quote or invoice. All payments must be made in the currency stated on the invoice.
- For fixed-price programmes: Work begins only after the required deposit or full payment is received.
- For custom or premium packages: A staged payment schedule may apply as outlined in your proposal.
- Late or overdue payments may result in sessions being paused until payment is received.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before a scheduled session to avoid forfeiture.
- Once a programme has commenced, cancellation may not entitle you to a full refund.
- I may retain payment for sessions delivered or preparation work completed up to the date of cancellation.
- If I am unable to deliver a programme for reasons within my control, a full or partial refund will be offered as fair and reasonable.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the relevant session or invoice date.
Intellectual Property
- All programme materials, frameworks, workbooks, and content provided are the intellectual property of Power with Poise.
- Materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.
- Unless you request otherwise in writing, I may reference your participation or transformation (without identifying details) in my marketing materials.
Confidentiality
- I treat all information shared during coaching as strictly confidential.
- I will not disclose personal details or session content to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
Warranty, Liability & Disclaimers
- I will deliver all services with reasonable skill, care, and professionalism.
- Coaching and consultancy services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
- I do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or transformations as these depend on individual effort and circumstances.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
- I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in my programmes.
Acceptable Use of Website
- You must not misuse powerwithpoise.com by attempting to hack, inject malicious code, scrape, or engage in any unlawful activity.
- I may refuse service or access if misuse or breach of these Terms occurs.
Privacy and Data
- I collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, and programme details when you contact me or book a service.
- I use this information to communicate with you, deliver services, and improve my offerings.
- Your information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as required to deliver services or comply with law.
- Use of my services constitutes agreement to my Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by applicable law.
- Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through direct communication or mediation before pursuing formal action.
Changes to Terms
